Refund policy

Exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of purchase with receipt. 
We will happily exchange a product or issue a credit note, provided:
  • The item is returned within 30 days of purchasing;
  • It is returned in it's original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags and labels attached;
  • In it's original, undamaged product packaging;
  • With a copy of the original purchase receipt.
In the interest of hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the item has a genuine fault.

REFUND POLICY

On the rare occasion an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault or defect, we are happy to provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or where possible provide a replacement product.

A refund will not be issued for any or all of the below reasons:

  • If you changed your mind;
  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong product;
  • If you decide you did not like the product;
  • If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
  • If you have no use for the product.

If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, a refund will not be issued. 

Please choose carefully, no refunds on products unless deemed faulty.
