Returns and Exchanges

HOW TO RETURN:

If you would like to return your product, please ensure you have first read and understood our Returns Policy and Refund Policy below.

Please follow the below steps to process your return:

  1. Please do not return the product without first contacting us. We cannot guarantee any refund or returns to be provided if this process is not followed.
  2. Email us using the contact box below with details of your:
  • Order number
  • Details and reason of your return
  • Request for an exchange, replacement, credit note or refund.
Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in saleable condition is your responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges are welcomed within 14 days of purchase with receipt. 
We will happily exchange a product or issue an online store credit, provided:
  • The item is returned within 14 days of ordering ( the date your order was placed);
  • It is returned in it's original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags and labels attached;
  • In it's original, undamaged product packaging;
  • With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order). 
In the interest of hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the item has a genuine fault.

REFUND POLICY

All products are individually quality checked before leaving our premises and delivered with a trusted shipping provider.

A request for a refund must be made within 14 days from the date of order.

On the rare occasion an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault or defect, we are happy to provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or where possible provide a replacement product.

A refund will not be issued for any or all of the below reasons:

  • If you changed your mind;
  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
  • If you decide you did not like the product;
  • If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
  • If you have no use for the product.

If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, you will not be refunded, and any costs that were incurred to return the product(s) for review will not be refunded.
